Orders and Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 1 working days. Typically if you place your order before 2pm your order should be dispatched the same day. If you place your order after 2pm it will be dispatched by the next working day.

If you order multiple watches in the same order they will usually be delivered in the same package. If you have placed separate orders to the same address they will likely be dispatched separately due to how quickly we try to process orders.

We do ship internationally. Please contact us via email ad help@easy-watches.com and we will provide you with a quote for international shipping to your specific location.

Please try and contact us as soon as possible once you have placed your order if you have made a mistake on your desired shipping address during the checkout process. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or amend your shipping address once your order has shipped.

No we do not currently charge VAT as we are not VAT registered at this time.

You can create an account during the checkout process. Once you create an account you can view and track your orders.

All of our payments are processed securely. We do not and cannot view your credit card information.

We accept returns on all items as long as they are returned in brand new condition within 14 days of you receiving them.
