RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
If you receive your item and are unhappy with it for whatever reason you can return it within 14 days using our no quibble returns process.
You have 14 days from the date that the item was delivered to you to return the item to us for a full refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that are not damaged and are in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for returning returns to us and must bear the cost of postage. We advise you to return item to use using a trackable method.
If we receive an item back without the original packaging we will charge a fee to the value of 15% of the original purchase price to cover the cost of replacing the missing packaging.
If we receive the item back and it has been damaged, scratched or altered in anyway we will not be able to refund you and will arrange for the item to be returned to you.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at help@easywatches.co.uk. Once your return has been confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then post your return to the following address:

If you order is faulty or damaged the return shipping label will be provided by us.
If you are returning your item because you have changed your mind you must cover the return shipping costs to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
If you are returning your item for an exhange we post your replacement item out within 1 working day to you, free of charge. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your new item has been processed for you to track your item.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
