Deliveries
All orders are dispatched free of charge. That means that you never have to pay for your new watch to be delivered.
We dispatch customer orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
If you place your order prior to 2pm, we will endeavour to send it out the same day.
If you place your order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
We don’t dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays, but we’ll get your order on its way as soon as possible during the next working day.
Delivery Methods
All of our items are dispatched using a trackable delivery method. Items dispatched via this method are typically delivered within 5-10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly depending on your location and are ultimately dependant upon the courier.
As soon as your order’s on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you’re not in when your delivery arrives, don’t worry the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Alternatively you can use the tracking information to rearrange a redelivery of your item at a time that is convenient for you.
Delays
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or technical difficulties can cause delays. We do not provide any form of compensation for delivery delays that occur once the package has left our warehouse. However, the delivery courier may offer compensation, depending on their terms and conditions.
If an order is late more than 7 days after the expected delivery date then we will consider the package lost and will offer to ship you a replacement refund you.
